So... My 15 year old is pregnant....

So... bit of an update. My husband had found a pregnancy test in the trashcan and he thought it was mine. It wasn't and the only other person it could be was my daughter. We sat her down when she got home from school and just asked her if she was pregnant. She said no and then we asked what this was and showed her the pregnancy test. She started crying. And we sat in silence for a moment. My husband patted her on the back. Hes better in comforting situations than I am. He asked if she knew who the father was. She said yes and I was pretty surprised by who she said it was. A 16 year old in our neighborhood named Wyatt. I know who he is. I talk to her mom all the time. The reason I'm so surprised is because he is a very sweet kid don't get me wrong, he's just not a teen I would expect that would be having sex. He doesn't talk much and mainly stays inside. My daughter said she felt like she needed to lose her virginity because all her friends lost there's. She was scared of getting an STD so she wanted to have sex with someone who was a virgin. Supposedly her and Wyatt had been texting on snapchat for a while so she asked him. They had sex while his mom was gone and she said they used a condom but she thinks maybe they put it on backwards because it came off inside of her. That was a lot to find out about my little girl. I asked if Wyatt knew and she said he does now. She said he said that he will quit school and go work on his uncles farm for money and that maybe they could raise the baby there..... That's a terrible idea... I told her to tell him to slow his roll. Nobodies quitting school and we will all just have to talk and work through it together. I was able to send a text to Wyatts mom to ask if we can talk and she said she already knows what it's about.. she works until 2am tonight but said we can all meet to talk tomorrow. My husband again was better at comforting her and said we will figure it out and to not ever be afraid to tell us anything and she's not alone. Hes right. We will figure it out. But I'm not letting these kids drop out of school to go live on a farm... Jeus...
