Rough day

Started last night around 11pm.

My boy (6 months old) was asleep like normal.

All of sudden he woke up screaming.

I was confused,.figured he was dreaming or realized I wasn't around.. so I brought him to my bed and rocked him he clearly just needed to be held.

He fell asleep on my bed. I sat up incase he needed me again. Again at around 12 and 2 and 4 he did the same thing except because I was up I got to watch what he was doing.

He started by gasping. Then he absent starred eyes wide open out of a dead sleep. I mean like 😳 for about 20 seconds before screaming crying. I tried to snap him out of it by rubbing him, saying his name and literally snapping in front of and around his wide open eyes.

Today he went to the Dr and got a bunch of labs done in the hospital. I spent the day between drs and hospitals.

We have a referral for pediatric neurologist with my Drs. Guess of these being absence seizures (was also my guess by how he looked).

Just needed to vent about it.
