Mold in bottle

My sink started to leak the other day so I've had to start washing in our tiny bathroom sink. Today I gathered the bottles from the last two days to wash and 3 of them had mold in them. I'm not sure why that happened since I've never had that issue before even when I was too tired to wash them. I cleaned them with antibacterial dish liquid and then again with his bottle soap and sanitized them twice.

I'm still super nervous about this. Would sanitizing in the machine twice kill anything that could have possibly lingered somewhere?
