Forced to stop breastfeeding
Here we are 27 months old and we have to stop breast feeding. Why you ask? Because my toddler has cavities from falling asleep while breastfeeding. It’s not fair. know plenty of babies ( my oldest included) that went to sleep with a bottle in his mouth and has no cavities. The dentist said it’s sometimes because certain people have more of the bacteria that’s susceptible to cavities than others. Also, because my sons teeth are very close together that makes him a great candidate for cavities. I’m sad to end this on a forced note instead of when he was ready. He is however handling like a champ. My momma heart is torn but I know it’s what’s best for him. Just wanted to kinda rant on here.
