I know this is TMI but a couple of weeks ago I noticed some spotting so I called my OB and went in for a check up. Baby was fine but did find out I had a yeast infection and BV, this is the second yeast infection this pregnancy. I took the prescribed medication and the HORRIBLE FLAGYL!!! Today I noticed that the odor has returned and I don’t know if I can handle another round of flagyl and It’s embarrassing but I know if it goes untreated it can hurt the baby! Ugh bodies do weird things!!!! Anyone else having issues?

You definitely need to treat it, as leaving any infection untreated wouldn’t be good for you.
Talk to your doctor and get it taken care of.

See what you are eating can help Also , changing your eating habits can help . With frequent underwear change to get you dry down there . drink lots of water through the day as well

Totally agree with a probiotic and yes bleeding and yeast infections can be related! Yeast infections dryyyyy you out and can cause irritation/cracking, and that combined with your increased blood flow due to pregnancy is a recipe for spotting.

Omg I just found out I had a slight yeast infection yesterday, I went in to the dr bc I was having spotting too, I wonder if they are connected? My dr told me to take monistat 3 day.

Are you taking a daily probiotic? If not I suggest it 🙌🏼
