Had anyone children have this before ?

I have a 2 year old who was born very early so he had some respitory problems but now doing great and healthy wen he was around 4 months he would forget to breathe and doctor said it was normal til one night he had a seizure and I thanks to the lord I woke up to notice my baby purple and just not reacting out of no where stopped breathing and had a fever of 106 !!! Scariest moment ever they couldn’t find a problem but said it was a infection that caused a fever that was high and caused him to have a seizure so everything went fine til now I noticed he is doing it again he forgets to breathe swallows a lot of  saliva and tends to have a hard time swallowing it in his sleep he’ll breathe thru his nose and mouth and snores loud too I don’t wana think negative but I came across this not sure if this could be ! Why ? Any mommas wana help me out before I go to ER again 😭😭
