TMI bowel movement blood

I used the bathroom and I haven’t been constipated too much or anything but my stool was harder and bigger than usual and kind of hurt but not horribly or anything. When I looked into the toilet there was a small collection of bright red blood at the bottom of the toilet. I’ve bled before but just slightly when wiping or something- never any drops that actually hit the toilet. I’m a bit worried? Could it be a hemorrhoid or fissure? Also could it be related to pregnancy as well?
