Baby sleep total bedtime hours
How many total hours your LO sleeps at night. My LO 6 months old sleeps from 7:30pm to 5am without feeding anymore. I slept train her last week and to my surprised she did good in just 2 nights. Is total 10hrs of bedtime sleep on her age ok? Because i read on the internet she should be sleeping for 12hrs total from the time she goes to bed. She takes 2 good nap good during the day.
