When did teeth pop through post fever?

My almost 11 month old has her bottom 2 teeth and I’m pretty sure she’s getting rid to cut some more. She had a low grade fever for a couple days that seemed to end yesterday and Motrin helped keep her not fussy and sleeping a little better. My question is when should I expect her teeth to pop? I’m assuming it’ll be her top teeth bc I think I might feel something there. My husband thinks it’s her bottom lateral incisors. Nonetheless I hope the fever and horrible pain is over for this go round. I also hope with how much Pain she seemed to be in that 4 teeth come at once because poor thing seemed miserable.
