So I’ve done 3,4 home test all turned out positive , I went for 1st scan I am 5 weeks 3 days today but she said she can’t see anything and it’s not ectopic pregnancy bcz she checked ... I am confused as wel as sad 😪

Didn't they explain to you that it's still quite early to get a scan and even if done transvaginally the chances of seeing something is very slim?

Usually you can't see anything until 6 weeks. Are you scheduled for another ultrasound? It could also be a chemical pregnancy.

Generally the doctor wont be able to see anything until around 8 weeks.
