Brown discharge & hematoma

I posted yesterday about having brown discharge together with cramping and how it freaked me out a bit. Went to the doctor's appointment today and baby was doing fine. 💛 The cause for the old blood was a bleeding hematoma covering my cervix. 🤯 It was small, but doctor suggested pelvic rest for three weeks, no swimming and sauna and only walking - other sports forbidden as well as lifting anything heavy including my toddler. 😅 Easier said than done! Alltho fairly in common it slightly increases the risk of miscarrying so I'm already a wreck. I really don't like how easily anxiety takes over me. 😂

Anyone else struggling to get enough rest whether it's due to work or kids?
