What should I do?

I’ve been talking to this guy and we went out once so haven’t really known or seen eachother that much. We got a long well I thought and texted a lot but after we went out, we texted a bit and I sent the last text. It’s been delivered but he has not read it and it’s been 3 days. I just assume he’s busy I mean we used to text back and forth like a week to 2 weeks apart before we started talking more everyday (for about a week and 1/2 before we went out) so I’m confused.

Should I text him or wait? I really like him and seemed to go well and he seemed to like me. 🤷🏻‍♀️
