So I know it’s not always good to look at numbers but I’m trying to lose 50 pounds. By my birthday I atleast want to lose 20 to 15. My birthday is in June. I know too soon. I been working out like crazy and eating healthy for a whole month but I’ve seen nothing of results. Any tips and meals preps I do can do. Everyone is telling me 50 pounds is too much but I want to be back to my high school weight which is possible. I use to weigh 130 now I weigh 180 luckily I have all my weight on my thighs and butt. I just don’t to feel healthy and secure about myself again. I use to have bad knee problems due to soccer and running but I’ve noticed that I’ve gained weight my knee problem has worsen. So I just want to be happy with my body and feel healthy. I owe it to myself. I am happy but there is some things I would want to change.
