When did we really conceived? Does anyone really knows!

Okay this might be a dumb question!! But can we know the exact day we conceived our little bean. My last first day period was the 30th of November. So when exactly did I conceived?

This is a difficult question to answer because of a few different factors. Conception happens when the sperm meets the egg. Sperm can survive inside for several days. You can make rough estimates of the conception date based on tracking ovulation days, but even then it’s not an exact science. So if you haven’t tracked your ovulation the closest you could get is by knowing how long your cycles are usually and which days you had sex that month (but even then you could be off by a few days). 
I tracked my ovulation and know which days we had sex but even then I couldn’t tell you the EXACT day that the egg met the sperm.

It's really hard to say. All depends on how long your cycles are, when you ovulate, etc. The general rule of thumb is if you have a normal 28 day cycle that you ovulate 14 days into your cycle. So if the first day of your period was Nov 30th, then it would be dec 14th.

So I know this is weird but because I have had past infertility issues I track my partner and mine sexual intercourse.  So I (last known period was also the 30th)  I concieved my bean the 11th or 12th of December.  But everyones cylce is different

To truly know when you conceived, you'd have to be tracking your cycle prior to conception. This is because all women have different menstrual cycle lengths, and ovulate on different days of their cycle. 
For example, I have very long cycles at 33-35 days. The average is 28, but some women have cycles as short as 24 days. 
The average range most women will ovulate is right in the middle of their cycles, about cycle day 10 to cycle day 16. I ovulated on cycle day 21, which is much later than average, and most likely because I have longer cycles. 
The egg is only available for 24 hours, and then it dies. Sperm live in a woman's body for up to 5 days. So the day you have sex is not necessarily the day you conceived, but conception can be any day 5 days after the day you had sex. 
The dating ultrasound provides the best idea of when you conceived if you weren't tracking, but some babies grow faster and some slower, so it's still not a guaranteed date. The best you can do, if you weren't tracking prior to getting pregnant, is guess based on what you know of your periods (how long between each period is the most important to get an idea of your cycle length) and your dating ultrasound. If your cycle is shorter, you ovulate earlier. If it's longer, you ovulate later. Then your dating ultrasound can help narrow it down a little better. 
But without knowing exactly the day you ovulated, which conception will occur within 24 hours of ovulation, the best you can do is give an educated guess.

You get pregnant the day you ovulate. Do understand that sperm lives for 5days at the most so just cause you had sex one day the whole month don’t mean you conceived that day. 2nd your egg lives for 24hrs. Sperm has to actually capitalize before your egg reach 12hr mark because the chances of conception goings down with each hour you get to the 24mark for egg the only way sperm is able to penetrate the egg is by being capitalized which is a 12hr process so that being just having sex on ovulation date doesn’t mean anything. Example My husband and I had sex on the day my calendar said I ovulated every month since the miscarriage. Then in December we had a ovulation window of dec. 10-16. we was going to have sex every other day then two days straight day before and day of ovulation but we started arguing and we only had sex 10,11, 13. Took first test dec. 27th negative but never got period on 30th so i decided I’ll test again Jan 5th and boom I was pregnant. 
I ovulated Dec.15th baby measurements are right on the money with being I ovulated on Dec. 15th. And it’s a long story to that but I don’t y’all want to hear that lol.

So I ovulated on December 20th( I tracked it) I tracked for 3 months and it was cycle day 15 every month . My 7week appointment matched exactly.

Depends on when you ovulated in your cycle! The first day of my last period was 11/30/20 and we had sex on 12/9/20 and that was the only time that month so we conceived that day. I used an app to track when we had sex.

Around the time I did I suppose since my last lmp was November 29 2020 my ultrasound said I coveived Dec 13 we baby danced on the 12th of Dec my cycles are long tho like 34 days so u might have ovulated earlier
