Are stabbing like cramps ok?

I’m worried bc my breast tenderness went away and I have these like sharp cramps and also gas so maybe it’s that? I’m paranoid & trying not to go to the doctor for everything. 4w2d. They don’t hurt, just uncomfortable. But I’ve been cramping on and off since this AM

It could be normal as long as it not accompanied by bleeding then you should be fine but you should check with your doctor to be on the safe side...congratulations ☺️❤️

Yes, I’d get them a lot in the early weeks. They finally went away around 7-8 weeks.
It was difficult to distinguish gassy cramps from uterine cramps at first, but (as hilarious and embarrassing as it may seem) if you pass gas and the cramping stops, it was just gas lol. That ended up being 80% of the cramps I was experiencing because high progesterone slows down digestion.

I’m also 4 weeks pregnant with my first baby. I’ve been cramping for about a week now and I’ve heard cramping is okay as long as it’s not so intense that you can’t handle it. My breast tenderness comes and goes so I’m sure you’re okay but there’s absolutely nothing wrong with asking your doctor if you are worried!
