HELP, HEART BURN??

Is this heartburn? I can’t fall asleep because i feel a pressing uncomfortable feeling around my chest/throat.. I tried so many pillows, drank a lot of water and yet my chest still feels weird like i’m not getting enough oxygen. I just had two tums.. i’m scared..
EDIT: thank you so much, tums and milk helped me finally get some rest. i appreciate all the help as a FTM i’ve never had heartburn and when i google searched it came up as a heart attack so i was freaking out thinking i needed to go to the hospital but thank god i was able to drink some milk and sleep

I took omeprozole every morning for the majority of my first pregnancy. I didn’t need any tums because it eliminated my heartburn

Tums help, just read the package for how many you can have in a day (mine are 6/24 hours). If those aren’t working talk to your doctor. 
Using pillows to sit upright is good, avoid spicy and acidic foods, sit upright for 30-60 minutes after meals

I'm freaking with the same thing, talked to my doc earlier this week and she called in a prescription for nexium. She says it's totally safe for baby. It's been working like a charm. It's over the counter so you can get it without a script (she just called it on so my insurance would cover it). Talk to your doc, they may be willing to do the same

I have the same issue. I can’t have anything with red sauce at all. Sometimes it even flared up with water. I take Tums and Pepcid 20mg.

Sounds like it. Just so you are aware, I think pregnant women can only have something like 4 Tums a day. I usually try to avoid them and have something carry with a glass of milk instead!
