19 weeks, Swelling feet?

So help calm my anxiety, my mom got into my head because the last time I had swollen feet it was because of my heart and it led to my hyperthyroidism diagnosis.

I’m 19 weeks and a day, we’re running around doing gender reveal set up. My feet hurt and there’s a little bit of edema (white when I press down and it goes away within 3-4 seconds, no serious indentation.

Should I be worried or did I push myself a bit too much and just need to take a break? I’ll add that my sandals do not have much arch support, and I’ve felt my feet hurt after a day at work (walking around and such).
