Nervous pls give advice...

I previously had two miscarriages last year. My doctor put me on bromocriptine due to elevated prolactin levels. He thought that may have caused the miscarriages. Once my levels returned to normal we opted to do

IUI

. We got pregnant and im about 5 weeks closer to 6. They have me on progesterone twice a day and baby aspirin. On wed my hcg levels doubled and were close to 5000. My breasts were sore and my belly distended. The next day and a half my symptoms completely disappeared. My breasts are not swollen nor do they ache. Im so nervous this means another miscarriage. Has anyone experienced similar.
