Positive after 8yrs of trying

Hi everyone! Yesterday I took a pregnancy test and it was positive 🥰. I’ve had two ectopic pregnancies the last one was in Dec 2012. And since then we’ve been praying for this miracle. Our son is 12yrs. According to the app were due Dec. 12, 2021 💜. Today when I wiped I saw I was spotting. I’m trying not to freak out. No cramping just spotting. I remember with my son I did spot for 1 day and then it went away. I’m 6wks and 6 days. I have a appointment on Tuesday. I’m hoping to have a ultrasound. And it’s killing me not being able to tell my family and friends my husband wants to wait a few more weeks. Good luck to everyone and Congratulations!
