Fever after COVID vaccine

So my SIL got her second shot of moderna vaccine on Thursday.Since Friday early morning she got fever her entire body aches bones feet are in so much pain.She can’t eat only drinks water.Her doctor told her she can take Tylenol and she was surprised when my SIL told her she still have fever now is 102.

Does who had fever what helped you?

I want to bring her some fruit what should I bring ?

And advice is welcome.
