How can I remember to take my medicine?
I have medicines that I take before bed and some that I take when I wake up. I have no problem with that.
But my Dr had me start metformin, which has to be taken with dinner. I keep the pill bottle in the cabinet with our plates and bowls, thinking when I grab dishes to serve dinner, I would see them and remember to grab them. But it doesn't always work. Sever nights, I forget all about it until I'm getting ready for bed hours later and taking my night time medicines.
My husband tries to remind me, but he often forgets too. Our schedule varries so much, some nights we eat dinner at 5pm, and other nights we eat at 10pm, and any time in between. So setting an alarm would not help.
This is the first medicine I have had to take with dinner like this, so I'm really struggling.
