Cleft lip?

Question

Went to my 20 week ultrasound and the doctor didnt mention anything but does this look like a cleft lip to anyone. Tech had a hard time finding his lips because his face was smooshed against me

They should have a file of your pictures or notes I would call and maybe ask to recheck them .. with my son they did not catch it... until he was born.. he actually didn’t have it on his lip he had it inside his mouth which cause him not being able to drink from bottles or my nipple. He had to drink milk from a spoon for a while. Not to agree it is but just to double check if they do see anything. I hope this helps.
