My 7 month old fell off of bed!!!!! :(

My baby fell off the bed about 12 hours ago... Our bed is about 2 and a half foot tall. I feel like a terrible mom. I was right there and so was my husband. We even had pillows around her and everything. We turned our heads for a second. She landed on her face. She only cried for about a minute. There was a red spot but it went away. I checked her soft spot and it felt fine. She has acted normal all day. She’s not been throwing up, she’s been playing and sleeping like normal. I just worry that something could be wrong and we don’t know it... I texted her pediatrician and he said just watch for vomiting, her being extra sleepy, and her being extra fussy. What do yall think? Has this ever happened to y’all? What did you do?
