Sleep help...
So about a month ago my 16 month old started absolutely refusing the 2nd nap of the day no matter what. So I decided it was time for the 1 nap per day.
I have been trying to stretch the morning wake window slowly, and so far have gotten her to stay up 3.5 hours (she has always been an early in the day napper so this time is a stretch)
However even if she sleeps 3 hours in the middle of the day, it will leaves 5-6 hours in the afternoon before bed time that she would be awake...
Now her night sleep is crazy unpredictable so im guessing shes overtired and stuck in a loop?
How do I make sure shes getting enough sleep? If i put her to bed super early then I worry she'll wake up before 6am like she already is...
