Constipated baby has a fever

My daughter is almost one, she has been constipated lately and I have already seen the doctor about this I was givin depositors that’s it she hasn’t pooped in a week and now she’s slightly warm 99.4... I went to the doctors about a week and a half ago and since I have changed her diet and keeping her well hydrated.. what else can I do?? I’m at a loss and a bit worried please anyone?
