Blood test? Gender?

I’m 12w now and I am slowly but surely getting all my blood tests back. I didn’t specifically get a blood test done for gender, this was just part of my blood work that my doctor needed.

Anyways, I was going through it to make sure everything was negative when I noticed this..

Did they just tell me the gender? I’m so confused because I found a forum with this exact picture and the ladies said that that means the lab is 99% sure there are no Y chromosomes and that they had baby girls. But I thought Y chromosomes belonged to boys??
