Scared to post pictures

Anyone scared to post pictures even tho you know you’re for sure pregnant and the baby is okay etc . I’ve had 2 losses already and I’m 17 weeks almost 18 and I’m so scared to post a photo social media. Idk I just have this fear that Something bad will happen. 😞 I talk to ppl at work and I wanna tell everyone in my department but then again I say nothing cause I’m afraid. I have a little bump and everything and some notice but they just stare lol .

Am I the only one who feels like this ?
