Am I a bad mom for letting my 3onth old sleepover my moms house once a week

His dad doesn’t help me throughout the night, works throughout the week and comes home rests spends time with him for 30 min then gives up

I let him sleepover not for me but for my baby and I... so I can recharge and not get so frustrated & end up taking it out on my baby...

I’ve been so exhausted. With barely any help around the house or taking care of my son

Shout out to you single moms or moms who do it on their own... I don’t know how you guys do it. I feel like a total failure that I have to let my baby sleepover once a week....
