Side effects

I stopped taking my pill almost 2 weeks ago it’s been 10 days to be exact, I stopped taking it because my breast were hurting so bad it would wake me out of my sleep and when I would get up they would feel so heavy the pain was too much to handle I’ve never experienced anything like it and I was nauseous all the time the problem Is I’m off it and it’s worse Car rides are terrible certain smells, when I eat and especially the smell of cigarettes makes me want to actually throw up or sometimes it just creeps up on me out of nowhere and I just try to breathe through it really. It’s so bad I have to just try to sit as still as possible What should I do? How long until these side effects pass? Any advice?
