Relationship timeline? Is it too soon to date.

So I recently got out of a six year long relationship in January. I met a guy only a few weeks later, I wasn’t really looking for anything, definitely definitely didn’t think I was ready to. As I was still heartbroken obviously. but I actually developed feelings. We’ve been talking for about four months, and we’re not in a relationship. But pretty close to one, we call each other babe, express our feelings for each other, and have talked about what a future would look like together. It’s not too soon is it? Sometimes I get really bad anxiety wondering if it’s too soon for people to call each other babe, if it would be too soon to get into a relationship after four months? My first relationship I was in since I was a teenager so I’m not really sure how anything goes.
