Hormone change /not getting wet

In the last 3 months my cycle has changed and my period has halved in length and in the last month or so I'm not getting wet or horny any more... I always get so wet now hardly anything.

He's been having some issues too with his blood meds and labido and now mine has gone....

Getting a bit worried what changes is happening in my body and what this means 😭😳😓👀😐😱

I am on natural hormone therapy too, to balance out my DHEA hormone and progesterone and so on. So my hormones are out anyway.
