Hey guys had a chemical at 6 w

The doc said they couldn’t see anything in the uterus but there is something in my right tube as it looks like there’s a bludge, they said they cannot exclude it to be an ectopic and that I should come back in a week to check if there’s anything,

I started bleeding the day I wen to the er , its not heavy but like a normal af , passed a few cloths n tissues the first day itself, didn’t have any pain or cramps just a few normal af cramps on the 2nd day but that was for 2/3 hours, I’m confused is this a mc it seems like a normal af, my hcg level the same day was at 44 will be checking tom , jus confused as I’ve seen ppl say it’s painful but for me it’s like a norma af , wondering if I’m really miscarrying or it’s normal bleeding
