Moms of 2 under 2??

Question

My baby is about to be 10 months old. I’m having bad baby fever. My husband has 2 older kids that live with us full time, 13 and 14. I want my baby to have a sibling close in age to grow up with once they’re grown and moved out. I always wanted a sibling close in age when I was young, my brother is 8 years younger and we aren’t close at all. My question is how hard is it? We have a great routine with our baby but he was a HARD newborn. I loved pregnancy and post partum though. I’m just nervous on having 2 tiny ones.

Not going to lie, having 2 under 2 was the hardest thing I’ve ever done but it is a lot easier now that they are 3 and 5. That first year is so rough, but worth it.

It’s super hard. Especially on the body. And even if they’re close in age- doesn’t mean they’ll be close when they’re older... 
my brother and I are 11 years apart and we’re super close. My mom and her older brother are 11 months apart & they haven’t even talked in 10 years. It’s sad.

I got pregnant when my daughter was 9 months old. My kids are about 18 months apart. It’s deff been extremely hard. But my second had really bad reflux, colic and milk allergies that made the newborn stage hell. Now my daughters almost four and my sons 2. And it’s been easier. My daughter is super independent tho which helps a lot. I’m pregnant w my third and due in 4 weeks 👏🏼 so technically for a couple months I’ll have 3 kids “under 3”

My 2 are 15 months apart. For us the first 3 months were hard bc our new baby was not a good sleeper and I had a c-section so for 6 weeks I couldn’t carry my oldest. 
Something happened with my youngest and when he hit 3 months he suddenly started sleeping through the night. Like 12+ hours but he didn’t take naps in the day. 
Next “tough patch” was around the time he was learning to crawl fast or walk. His sister started getting frustrated because he was on top of her all the time. 
She’s now 2 1/2 and he’s 16 months and they’re best buddies! We did not plan it like this but I’m so glad it happened!

I have a 3 year old and a newborn and it’s SUPER hard. I couldn’t imagine him still being 2.

I got pregnant 2 weeks shy of my daughter turning a year old and this pregnancy has been extremely difficult on my body and i havent been able to fully take care of my older daughter like i did before i was pregnant. I also dont feel like she has the ability right now to understand that there are changes coming and that shes going to have to share her family (and space now). I feel awful not being able to prepare her more and some days i truly wish i wouldve waited to be able to give her more time as a only child and to be young. Im due next month and they will be 20 months apart. Im expecting a lot of difficulties and my toddler to regress quite a bit. My oldest was a difficult newborn also and didnt sleep through the night until she was 1 so i worry she will have a lot of changes that will impact her negative.

I found when I was heavily pregnant and my oldest had just started walking then it was hard, but being pregnant at the later stages is hard. It disrupted the oldest boys routine at first but they got into sync pretty quick but that's with separate bedrooms so they wouldn't wake each other up. They are 12/10 and very close, help each other and fight but love that they are going through similar situations, school years and puberty stuff so talk about everything
