Concerns about preschool

My child told me another child has been touching his private area and he doesn't like that.

He said a lot of kids show each other there privates and that sometimes they touch each other

This really makes me upset to where's the supervision and camera's and I'm not sure whether to pull child out of school or what to do

How do you talk to children about not letting others touch them?
