Missed period

I’m currently 14 days late on my period. I’ve had all negative HPTs, negative blood work, and an ultrasound yesterday to rule out cysts on the ovaries. Right before the ultrasound I noticed very very light spotting. So light I couldn’t tell if it actually was spotting. After the ultrasound the spotting was done. Today I noticed spotting again that was more obvious than yesterday’s. I assumed it was AF. I just went to the bathroom again and the spotting was lighter again/almost gone.

Both have little spots on it. Anyone else ever experience this? I’m never late, sometimes a couple days early, but never late. And never had their speckled spotting either.
