Tips for leaving child with someone else...

In a couple of weeks I have an appointment to have my hair done so I've asked my mother in law to watch my daughter.

My daughter was born 8 weeks before the very first UK lockdown in March 2020 so she's never been left before. I'm so nervous as she's such a mommies girl and literally hates when I go to the toilet without her... I don't want this to have a lasting effect on her.

Any tips on making it easier to leave her with someone else? I'm seriously considering cancelling my appointment 🥺
