My Baby Has Little Red Bumps!!

My baby is 5 weeks old and a week ago he started to get little red bumps on the side of his face. I did call dr she says not to worry. It seems when he gets hot he gets bumps. He’s not scratching his face and it doesn’t bother him he’s a really happy baby. My question is has this happened to your baby at one point or to someone you know? What I Can I do to help them go down? Any suggestions. Thank you guys so much in advance. I think I’m worrying for nothing I guess it’s a mom thing.

My oldest son actually breaks out the same when he gets to hot. As well, as I actually do to it takes awhile to go away
