Has anyone’s employer been asking about your vaccination status?

I haven’t gotten it yet and I want to wait but I’m feeling pressured by my employer. They haven’t come to out and stated that it’s required, but they’re acting really pushy and saying they’ll follow up with me about it soon. What can I do?

While I am an advocate for getting the vaccine, you can’t be forced to get it.
The company however, has the right to require it of their employees. You would have the choice to stay working there or not. 
If you decide to get the vaccine, it should be because you want it not because you are being pressured. I encourage you to directly ask your boss whether it will be required or not and when. Or if there are alternatives. Would they be okay with weekly testing as opposed to the vaccine? If they are going to require it and you don’t want it, you should maybe start looking for another job.

My employer offers rewards for getting vaccinated. Nothing major. No direct questioning of “have you been vaccinated”. Just company wide emails reminding people to let HR know if they get vaccinated to get the rewards. I did apply for a job last week that said I would hav to be fully vaccinated to work there

My employer said something along the lines of “vaccines aren’t required, but if you are then we’ll give you $100”

It’s not mandatory. You can sue. No company can make it mandatory.... as of right now at least. Your body, your choice.

If you live in the US, employers can't require you to have the COVID vaccine until it's FDA approved (which it's not). If they continue to pester you about it I would look into your rights regarding it and move forward according to that.

If your employer plans to require you to get a COVID-19 vaccine, it should have a written policy. If you decided not to get vaccinated you’ve to explain your reason to your employee. If you have a valid reason (such as religion) then you might not be required to get one. ￼￼
