Uncomfortable for no reason
i feel just like uncomfortable, kinda nauseous and uneasy. This has been happening a lot lately, mainly at night. I get this same feeling whenever im out or with friends and I feel like my social battery has worn off and I can’t wait to get home. But I’m at home, in my room relaxed, idk why I’m feeling this way but it’s really off putting.
