Best double stroller for 3 year old and newborn

What is the most reliable, comfortable and easy to maneuver double stroller that’s a travel system? With a car seat that can be attached?

I personally looked for something that I can modify as the baby grows. This one has the adapter for car seat, which is very convenient for travel, especially with an infant. As well as, planning for when we do have another on the way where I’d be able to carry my 1-2 year old and a new baby. You can have the stroller seat and add the car seat and carry both your babies and not be too bulky. I’ve played with all the combinations when opening and closing the stroller and the result is always the same. I like it and highly recommend it to other moms with babies under 5. Even the husband enjoys it!!!

If you plan on doing a lot of walking, I highly recommend a side by side stroller. It doesn’t have to be a bugaboo (but I highly recommend this one!), but as someone who had a tandem double stroller, I learned that it becomes very difficult to maneuver, especially when kids get bigger. It’s also much easier for kids to outgrow tandem strollers because they get too tall and end up kicking the seat in front of them. My son did that with my niece in my tandem (and he was only 13 months) so that’s when I decided to sell my tandem and get my bugaboo. 
There are tandem strollers out there that push well, but they’re also on the higher end of pricing. Uppababy is the most popular one, but if you’re willing to splurge on something like that, then I definitely recommend going with the bugaboo donkey. You can also use the same frame and turn it into a bassinet, or attach adapters for car seats. I believe there are adapters for chicco, maxi cosi, and nuna. 
I bought mine used on Mercari, much cheaper than buying brand new and it’s in excellent condition
