*Graphic* Should I visit the ER?

Question

Two days ago my boyfriend and I had penetrative vaginal sex in missionary, we were going pretty hard but nothing painful happened. I just got off my period that morning. The next day (yesterday) I kept feeling like I needed to pee, and when I did I am pained, like it hurts my uterus or something inside. It also got bloody for a bit, but far lighter than my usual period bleeding, it turned my urine a bit peachy colored.
I told myself if it still hurt/bled today I might visit the ER, and this morning it hurt when I peed but there wasn’t blood, and now it still hurts when I pee and the blood is back. I thought this would be something I could wait out but I’m a bit worried, should I visit the ER if it doesn’t stop soon?

I’d go to a walk in urgent care if you can’t get in with your regular doctor. It sounds like a UTI to me. Can be pretty common after long or kind of rough sex since everything down there is so close. It’s as simple as peeing in a cup and they’ll be able to give you the results while you’re there. If it’s a UTI, a simple antibiotic will clear it up.

former military medic here. go to the ER if you haven't, yet. blood in the urine is a medical emergency. it's indicative of multiple things, but really the biggest thing is that you have a uti that's gone on long enough that's it's spread to your kidneys and that is an emergency. 
that or kidney stones, but typically with kidney stones you would feel it in your kidney(s) first, and trust me, you would know. 
I know this post is from the end of April and it's mid may so you've probably sorted it out, but I just wanted to comment this since lots of people here think this isn't something that is serious. blood in the urine is a very serious symptom yall. that is something to go to the er for.

Not a dr but sounds like a uti and maybe some microtears from going a little hard (the tears aren’t really anything to be too concerned with, and can happen if you’re going fast/not enough lubrication). There are online services now that you fill out a form describing symptoms and a Dr will review it. If it looks to them like a UTI, the can prescribe you medication for it and if they think it’s something else they’ll recommend you go to Dr. it’s a good easy first step!

You may have bruised you cervix/uterus! Happens too the best of us lmao but if you get any itching/bad smells or any other signs of infection then please go too the ER but I would make a doctors appointment with your normal doctor either way! Just too make sure it’s nothing serious

I’ve seen some comments saying it’s kidney stones but I wouldn’t jump right to that. You would KNOW if you had a kidney stone. I would take labor over a kidney stone. My mom and I both get them and they are horrible. 
If you are concerned you can either go to an urgent care or your normal doctor. The ER would probably be fine but you’ll likely be waiting there a long time.

hey babe hope this got resolved, but as someone who used to get frequent uti’s from sex, that’s what this sounds like. just make sure to pee after having sex of any kind :)
