Fever then clingy and whiney

So on Wednesday my 20 month old refused to eat. She ate literally nothing all day. Just had some water and almond milk.

On Thursday woke up with a 101°F fever with no other symptoms of being sick other than being very lethargic and still not eating.

I gave her tylenol and a bath and she cooled down to 99 until nap and got got again. Then repeated medicine and bath. And it stayed low til bedtime.

Woke up Friday and fever was gone but still warm at 99. Still wouldn't eat and so whiney. She cried most of the day. She would play for a little bit but then come back and hysterically cry and want to be held. She eventually did a poop that was diarrhea.

I'm wondering if you think this could be the flu?? I'm so exhausted. I've been carrying a 25 lbs toddler around all day for.the past almost 3 days. And last might she was up the entire night crying...😕😖
