Melatonin during ivf stims
Hi ladies I just started my stims and I’m not sure if it’s the nerves of the whole process but I am struggling with falling asleep and staying asleep. Can we take melatonin or sleep aids with the medicine? I have heard different things and am waiting to hear back from my doctor. Thank you!
