I need help!

My son is 6 weeks old & his skin has just been so dry mostly his cheeks & now what looks to be black heads have formed on his cheeks I just feel so bad it looks and feels so painful. I use aveno which this is my first time as a mother using their products I usually use Johnson & Johnson but thought I’d try something new... if anyone has any recommendations I’d greatly appreciate! Also his scalp is peeling pretty bad not sure if that parts normal & his skin has just been getting little red dots everywhere mostly his chest legs and now his belly... I can’t get a good picture of his cheeks the camera can’t be to close and they are too tiny his skin looks nice in the photos but different in person
