I just gotta know Im the only one that didnt shave for a c-section

So my first pregnancy I needed a c-section and was really big so I wasnt shaving down there much anymore. The day of my scheduled c-section the nurse noticed I didnt shave and said I needed to be shaved 🪒 a bit for the Dr to do the c-section. I was never told this! 😳 I said there is no way I can do it(I was really big with more than 1 baby), she said she can do it or I can have my husband do it. I panicked and asked if she could (because I have never had my husband shave me before and felt it would be awkward). So I remember laying there while she shaved me and just looked at my husband with my embarrassment. To this day years later, Im still so embarrassed!

I know it’s probably not a big deal but I really dont think she wanted to so do it 😬
