How can I help my teething baby?

He's 4 months and doesn't really hold teething toys. How else can I help him?
He's getting 5 teeth on top all at once.  It has been really rough these nights. My poor babe is in pain :(
Please tell me tips and tricks to help him

You can stick a washcloth in the freezer for him so suck on. So it’s cold but not rock solid. It should be easier to hold than teething toys. Are you sure he’s getting all five at once? That sounds so awful for him 😭

Teething gel. It numbs the area. Or freeze teething rings and hold it for him but he munches on it.

We got a teething mitt that straps onto baby’s hand so she didn’t have to hold it. Was a lifesaver. Was called the Munch Mitt.

Breast milk popsicles! Freeze some breast milk in popcicle molds. You can also buy special teething toys to put in the freezer, or let baby nom on frozen fruit
