I’m so bummed

I got Covid two months ago... and long story short I have it again. I’m so bummed my birthday is next week I just started my second job to get extra money and it’s always something I swear. I don’t get paid this time since I had it before. My boss swears I’m faking it but why would I lie I was deathly ill in the hospital sent them all the paperwork and everything. I’m just stressed about money and the way they handling the situation:( it’s an outside job and I’m probably getting sick from the nasty customers that come through. Idk what to do:(
