Bleeding cycle day 17 after Letrozole

So I started Letrozole for the first time this past month. I’m on cycle day 17 and have been testing for ovulation with no luck and started my first NON-induced period today.

A little back ground on my situation. I had my son 39 weeks stillborn in February. My first period this past cycle they gave me Medroxyprogesterone to induce a period. I took Letrozole cycle days 3-7 and have been testing for ovulation ever since, but now I’m bleeding.

I’m on cycle day 17 after Medroxyprogesterone and Letrozole and bleeding. Do you think it’s my body trying to regulate by itself? I also have endometriosis. Has anyone else experienced something similar. I’m so confused. I’ve notified my doctor and haven’t heard back yet.
