Bleeding at 8 weeks

Everytime I wipe there is blood it sometimes is like a light color and other times it’s dark.. I’m so worried and this has been going on for a week now. Last week they did an ultrasound and said the baby was fine and had a heartbeat but the spotting was more brown with red and now it’s straight up red. Has anyone had this and their baby end up being fine? Last week they said they couldn’t find the cause for my bleeding
