Reduced movement 20 + 4

I’m currently 20 weeks 4 days pregnant. The last few days I’ve noticed baby moving around a lot more frequently. Today I’ve felt baby move twice all day...is this common for movements to vary at this stage of pregnancy?

This is my first so I’m not sure what’s normal or not, should I be contacting my midwife? I do already have my 20 week scan booked for tomorrow and don’t know whether to wait until then?
